John Donahue  has been racing stock cars at the "Nations Site of Excitement" - Thunder Road since 1996. He started his racing career in the Napa Flying Tiger Division, moving up to the ACT Late Models in 2002, after winning 2 consecutive Flying Tiger Championships at Thunder Road, a championship in the ACT Flying Tiger Series and the Riverside Speedway Coca-Cola 50 Series Champion.
In addition to racing weekly at Thunder Road and on the ACT Tour, John has competed weekly at the following tracks and divisions along the way.   Flying Tigers at Airborne Raceway, Plattsburgh, NY. and Riverside Speedway in Groveton, NH. The Strictly Stock Division and Limited Sportsman, and Late Models at Oxford Plains Speedway in Oxford, ME.
In 2002, John and Lee Delphia of Waterbury joined forces and set out to compete in the ACT Late Models at Thunder Road and the ACT tour. After a major wreck during the mid season, they were forced to scale back their plans and compete only at Thunder Road. Securing the 2002 Thunder Road Rookie of the year.
In 2003, John competed weekly for his cousin at Oxford Plains Speedway in the Late Model Division.
Donahue joined forces with Car owner, Mike Thompson of Waterbury and returned to  his home track for his 2004-2006. Competing on a limited budget, they pursued the “King of the Road” title in each season.
In 2007, John joined Kendall Roberts, long time sponsor and Roberts Motorsports with the National Guard as their primary sponsor, entering both the Thunder Road Late Models weekly and touring with the ACT tour. John is one of only 5 drivers to win all 3 premier races at Thunder Road: The Memorial Day Classic (2007), The Labor Day Classic (2008) and The Chittenden Milk Bowl (2009). His name is engraved in history on three granite monuments at Thunder Road.
The National Guard Ford Fusion, Roberts Motorsports and John Donahue are competing at both Thunder Road Speedbowl and the ACT Tour this season. Join them throughout the season at Thunder Road and the many ACT Tour events.

Nicholas Sweet has been racing stock cars at the "Nations Site of Excitement" - Thunder Road since 2003. He started his racing career in the four cylinder Allen Lumber Street Stock division, quickly moving up to the NAPA Tiger Sportsman division after two years of racing at the Speedbowl.

Backed by an amazing crew chief and large crew composed of family and friends, Sweet was able to win the 2007 Tiger Sportsman Championship. With nothing left to prove in the division, he set his eyes on an ACT Late Model for the following season.

In 2008, Saint J Auto became the primary sponsor for the new ACT Late Model Tour endeavor. The Saint J Auto crew raced at eight different tracks that year in two different countries, including Oxford Plain Speedway, White Mountain Motorsports Park, Lee USA Speedway, Autodrome Chaudiere, and Airborne Speedway.

Sweet returned to his home track for his 2009 season trying to capture the "King of the Road" title for the 50th Anniversary Season at Thunder Road. The season's highlights include racing against NASCAR drivers Tony Stewart and David Regan and finishing second at the first inaugural ACT Invitational at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.
